- Deposit: ฿5,000 security deposit; refunded after inspection on check-out day

How many beds are in each room?
Rooms 1–5: two extra-large doubles each. Rooms 6–7: two extra-large doubles plus one single each. The living room has a sofa bed.
Is the pool private and saltwater?
Yes. It’s a private saltwater pool for your group only.
Do you provide towels and linens?
Yes. Fresh towels and bed linens are set for arrival. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at cost.
What kitchen equipment is included?
Oven, microwave, stove, large fridge/freezer, pots, pans and basics, plus a terrace BBQ.
Is Wi-Fi and parking available?
Yes. Stable Wi-Fi throughout and on-site parking for 8+ cars.
